We are bound by Australian Privacy Act 1988. We take all reasonable steps to protect your information and we will not disclose details to any 3rd party, unless it is a primary purpose, or reasonably expected secondary purpose. Personal information may disclosed for the purpose of conducting business ie marketing services or communication with you. Please email us info@somewheregreat.com.au should you wish to access your personal information that we hold.


You automated order confirmation is not a guarantee of sale.  We reserve the right to cancel your order, if this occurs we will notify you by email.  Once payment is confirmed we will ship your order and notify you on the day your order is despatched.  Delivery time frames are estimates and we are not liable for delays caused by the delivery provider.  It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. Extra Shipping costs may apply on Bulky items.


We are not responsible for any duties on purchases that are charged once the parcel reaches its destination, these charges are to be paid by the recipiant of the parcel.  Inport duties vary in each country and we re uable to advise on what they may be, contact your local government for further information.


We want you to be happy with what you have chosen from us (we all know shopping should be fun). So let us know if something isn't what you expected and we can organise an exchange or credit note. Unfortunately this is not possible with furniture deliveries. Please contact us at info@somewheregreat.com.au to enable us to assist you. Our return period is 14 days. If your item is damaged or incorrect (we are very sorry), please notify us within three (3) business days info@somewheregreat.com.au. If possible please attach a photograph to the email and make note with the courier if the packaging is damaged in anyway. Please note: Items must be unworn/unused and in its original packaging with the tags attached. A copy of your receipt must be included. For change of mind purchases shipping is at the purchasers cost.


All products are listed on our website in Australian dollars. Our product selection varies between our 3 stores. If you have seen something online and wish to visit us in store, please feel free to call us 03 5298 3194 to find out which store carries this product. From time to time a product listed on our store as available, may in fact not be. If this occurs, we will contact you immediately to offer you a similar product, to place you on a wait list, or to offer you a refund. We make every effort to ensure an accurate representation of products displayed, including colour, size and price, and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you, if you find a discrepancy.
